Are you tired of feeling weak and exhausted every time you roll?
Frustrated with being outmuscled and outmaneuvered by stronger, more athletic opponents?
You're not alone. Thousands of BJJ practitioners struggle with the same issues, searching for a way to get rid of this problem once and for all.
Chances are, if you're a BJJ practitioner, you've grappled with the bitter struggle of inadequate conditioning and strength.
That's because,
Limited strength and endurance, hinder your BJJ performance
Frustrations mount as you grapple, both figuratively and literally, with these barriers. Amid this shared strife, the quest for a revolutionary solution remains paramount.
Just like many others, you yearn for a path to ascend above these challenges and realize your full potential. Lucky for you, your quest to better performance is near the end...
Today, you have the chance to break free from these limitations and become the best version of yourself.
I'll never forget the moment when I realized I had to make a change.
I was at my usual BJJ class, and like clockwork, I found myself struggling to keep up with my stronger, better conditioned training partners.
Even though I considered myself strong from years of weight lifting, somehow I would still lay on the mat, gasping for air and feeling the crushing weight of my opponent on top of me, I knew something had to give.
I could feel the beads of sweat rolling down my face, my muscles quivering with exhaustion, and my heart pounding in my chest as I desperately tried to escape my opponent's pressure.
But it was always the same story – I was simply too weak and out of shape to hold my own on the mat.
These grappling sessions had become a constant reminder of
my limitations.
I would watch enviously as my teammates effortlessly executed techniques and dominated their opponents, while I was left feeling inadequate and frustrated.
It wasn't just about winning or losing; it was about the nagging feeling that I wasn't living up to my potential – that I was letting myself down.
I knew I wasn't alone in this struggle. So many of us face similar challenges, whether it's in BJJ or other areas of our lives.
We all have that inner voice urging us to push past our limits and become the best version of ourselves.
For me, the answer came in the form of a game-changing BJJ strength and conditioning program that I created for myself and now I'm sharing it with you!
That said, let me back track a bit,
So, around 2004-05 I suffered a rotator cuff injury in my right shoulder during a sparring session and years later I injured my right knee to a point that I couldn’t walk, my knee would buckle and the swelling was horrible…
After those injuries, I managed to strengthen both through rehab and weight lifting on my own, I couldn’t afford to go see a doctor.
Taking into consideration that I know what it’s like to be injured and my passion for BJJ, its demands and my natural desire to help others, I’ve decided to create this program. My goal is to help you possibly avoid the same injuries that I had and build you into a stronger, faster and healthier BJJ practicioner without making you go broke in the process.
More on that later...
Allow me to fastforward to 2018.
That year,
I became NESTA certified as an MMA Conditioning Coach.
Before becoming a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practicioner and MMACC certified, I came from a martial arts background where I trained in Taekwon-Do, Kempo Karate, Modern Arnis and Jeet Kune Do.
On top of that, I’ve been involved in fitness and weight lifting, sporratically since high school..
Then, in 2019, I packed up my bags and drove to Coconut Creek, Florida, to intern for a month at American Top Team with their then-top strength and conditioning coach, Phil Daru.
During my time at American Top Team, I had the incredible opportunity to learn from Phil and assist in training top fighters from organizations such as UFC, Bellator, and One FC...
My name is Damjan (Damyan), and I'm a NESTA Certified MMA Conditioning Coach (MMACC), specializing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Strength and Conditioning.
I made the decision to focus on BJJ strength and conditioning ever since I started practicing it a few years ago.
After getting certified in 2018, I packed up my bags, left North Carolina, and drove to Florida to spend an entire month interning at the world-famous American Top Team.
There, I had the opportunity to work with combat athletes from UFC, Bellator, and many other organizations.…
To name a few fighters I had the pleasure of working with
indifferent capacities...
... I absorbed everything I could about the unique ways these elite athletes trained to build strength, power, and endurance specifically for combat sports.
I started incorporating, tweaking and refining these exercises into a comprehensive, easy-to-follow regimen that was specifically designed to help BJJ practitioners like me build the strength, power, and endurance needed to excel on the mat.
With this newfound knowledge, I began to see improvements in my grappling strength and conditioning relatively fast.
My muscles grew stronger, my cardio improved, and my confidence soared.
No longer was I the weak, out-of-shape practitioner who constantly felt defeated; I had transformed into a formidable opponent who could hold my own against even the toughest training partners.
To be fair, "I still get tapped out by those more experienced than myself." The reason for this is, strength and conditioning is a supplement, not a replacement to working on your skill. I know that and now so do you.
I don't want to instill unrealistic expectations from this or any other program you choose to follow. There is not such thing as a magic bullet.
That said,
If you're like me and have experienced the frustration of feeling weak and out of shape on the BJJ mat, I urge you to take action and take this opportunity as a solution to your weakness that is
The JitsuStrong program is designed to help you:
Build explosive power that will leave your opponents struggling to keep up
Develop unbreakable strength to outmuscle even the toughest competitors
Increase your endurance to outlast everyone on the mat
Prevent injuries and stay healthy for years to come
The reason I'm focusing on beginners is that both getting stronger and improving conditioning are journeys, much like training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu itself.
Beginners often need more guidance and support than anyone else. Once you enhance your strength, conditioning, and skills on the mats, you'll become a force to be reckoned with.
However, if you're not ready or don't believe this program is the right fit for you, I sincerely wish you good luck on your journey.
But, if you feel like this program aligns with your goals and we're a good match for each other, then taking the next step could be a game-changer for you.
Don't let another day go by feeling defeated and held back by your limitations.
Embrace the challenge, invest in yourself, and unlock your full potential. You owe it to yourself to become the best BJJ practitioner you can be – and trust me, the rewards are well worth the effort.
If you could send me your testimonials to use on the website, social media and or advertorials, I'd be happy to give you back your $8.50.
That's 50% off!
What this means is...
Instead of throwing in a bunch of strength exercises together, I hand picked those that are highly correlated "transferable" to the movement of the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
For instance, when you pull your guard: The grip, core, hip flexors and your inner thighs are highly activated, so we focus on those muscle groups necessary to retain your guard position.
Strongter the guard, the harder it is for your opponent to pass and advance.
I've designed this program for you with minimal equipment and time constraints. It requires only a barbell or dumbbells, your body, resistance bands, and or kettlebells.
I've also streamlined the exercises to take only 30-40 minutes a day, four days a week while maintaining their effectiveness.
I want to give you a fair warning before you get started.
If you are looking for a perfect program, a magic bullet that will solve all of your BJJ problems then this isn't for you.
NO PROGRAM is Perfect!
If you give up easily, this isn't for you!
This also isn't for you if you think that this bjj strength and conditioning program alone will help you dominate every single one of your opponents because it won't.
Remember, this is to compliment your bjj training, not to replace it.
While I can't guarantee: Specific results due to many factors, I can promise that if you're dedicated to improving your BJJ game, JitsuStrong will provide you with the tools and guidance you need to reach new heights.
Some factors that can potentially prevent you seeing any and all results are: Potential injuries that may or may not occur while performing certain exercises or movements that put stress on certain body parts (such as back injuries from deadlifts), your level of dedication towards following through with daily workouts and so on.
I am not responsible for any injuries sustained during exercise or misuse of this program.
That said, I would strongly suggest consulting your doctor before starting this journey especially if you already have injuries or health issues prior to starting this program.
If you're ok with this and have a good attitude and work ethic, if you're willing to give this awesome program a try then let's get started!

Time commitment: Time commitment: I'm not sure I have enough time to commit to the program.
I've condensed this program to only 30-40 minutes per day, 4x per week. That way it gives you time to recover, practice your bjj and or do other things that you enjoy.
Existing injuries: I have an existing injury that I'm worried about aggravating.
If you do have existing injuries that you are worried about, I would suggest to consult with your doctor before starting this or any other program.
Difficulty level: I'm a beginner in BJJ, and I'm concerned that the program might be too advanced for me.
Do not worry, I've created this program specifically designed for a beginner like yourself. The tri-phasic system will take you in a linear progression. Starting with simpler exercises and progressing to those that require higher skill leve.
Equipment requirements: Do I need access to a fully-equipped gym to complete the program?
For this program, I tried to keep it to a minimum, basically all you will need is a barbel or dumbells, body weight, resistance band and a kettlebell.
Coach Credentials: What are the qualifications and experience of the program's creator?
I'm a NESTA Certified MMA Conditioning Coach with years of weight lifting experience. I've also interned with world famous Phil Daru at American Top Team where I assisted Phil in training figthers who come from UFC, Bellator, Once FC and other top tier fighting organisations.
Online format: I prefer in-person training; can I still benefit from an online program?
Yes you can. Though, I can't be there in person, you'll have access to video library that will demonstrate exercises, workout sheet with reps, tempos and intensity so that you can do it on your own. However, if you don't feel confident enough in doing this on your own, hireing a personal trainer to help you become familiar and more confident in executing exercises would be a better option for you, before starting this program.
Customer support: Will I have access to support or guidance if I have questions or concerns during the program?
Yes, of course. You can always reach me at support@jitsustrong.com or better yet, join the private group where you can ask me questions.
Progress tracking: How can I track my progress and measure my improvements throughout the program?
Easy, you are provided with a pdf file that you can print out to help you track your progress.
Refund policy: If I'm not satisfied with the program, can I get my money back?
YES, you can. If you're not completely satisfied with your results, simply let me know within 30 days of purchase, and I'll refund your money - no questions asked.
Effectiveness: Will this program actually improve my BJJ performance?
I can't make any claims to be fair but the program has been designed using science based principles. This is why I'm seeking for beta testers to add validity to this program.
Nutrition guidance: Does the program include any nutrition advice or meal plans?
As a bonus, I've included a nutrition guide which will help you understand which foods work the best for sports performance, which to avoid, the timing of your meals, etc. Meal plans aren't included though.
